On April 4, 2014. West Seneca Schools and The National Academy Foundation teamed up to host a conference for highly motivated high school juniors and seniors, titled “Marketing Me.”

The conference stressed the importance of learning to market oneself in order to stand out from the pack.

Our founder, Evan Giokas, was asked to be a keynote speaker at this event. Evan’s speech titled, “Action Modes of the Brain”, taught students that there are multiple areas of the brain that need to be utilized in order to see and achieve success.

Last post we looked at some pretty frightening statistics regarding the usefulness of a current bachelors degree. We saw that the masses are approaching their futures the same way and asked that you take the first steps towards thinking differently by reflecting on some critical questions. To recap, those questions were:

What will your degree really do for you?
What is the total investment going to be for your education?
Does the future vision align with the numbers it takes to get there?
Is there an easier way to achieve success and happiness?
