The College Financial Coach

The cost of higher education continues to rise, making the journey to college more complex than ever. Whether you're considering an in-state public university, an out-of-state public institution, or a private college, understanding and managing these expenses is crucial.

In our College Financial Coach Program, one of our certified coaches from the Association of Certified College Funding Specialists (ACCFS) will guide you through the often daunting financial aid processes to help reduce the cost of your child's education.

We Will Help You:

  • Complete essential financial aid forms: FAFSA, CSS Profile, EOP, HEOP, Excelsior Scholarship, HESC, Pell Grant, and TAP.

  • Estimate merit and need-based scholarships: Determine potential scholarship amounts at each school on your child's list.

  • Appeal for additional funds: Advocate for more financial aid and scholarships at your child's selected school.

  • Identify and apply for suitable loans: Assist in finding and applying for loans that fit your family's needs.

  • Search and apply for external scholarships: Explore additional scholarship opportunities outside the chosen institutions.

When you add fees, housing, books, and living expenses, the financial commitment becomes even more significant.

Our College Financial Coach Program aims to help families save on these costs. For instance, if we assist you in avoiding just three unnecessary courses by aligning your child's education with their strengths and learning styles, you could save approximately $9,378 or more, depending on the institution.
